Privacy Policy (English)
1. Principle
AEL Studio is an internal tool. It collects no data from the public, offers no sign-up, and never sells or shares any data. It uses no third-party analytics and no advertising network.
2. What is stored
- Operator accounts: identifier and password hash. The password itself is never stored.
- Access tokens for platforms authorised by the account holder. They are encrypted at rest and are never sent to the browser or to any third party.
- Produced content: images, videos, captions and publication dates.
- A technical log of server actions, kept for diagnosis.
3. Public pages
The tool can publish public link pages. When one of these pages is visited, a counter is incremented per page and per day. No IP address and no user agent are recorded, and one visitor cannot be distinguished from another.
So that this counter measures visits rather than requests, two checks are made when the page is served:
- The user agent is read — never stored — in order to exclude crawlers and link-preview services.
- A measurement cookie (
lfv_…) is set for 30 minutes. It contains no identifier: it only records that this page has just been counted for this browser, so that a reload is not counted twice. It is not readable by any other site and enables no cross-site tracking.
Since 19 August 2026, a second counter records the number of clicks per button on the page — for example “Fanvue” or “Telegram”. The browser only sends a position number; the server translates it back into a name from the page actually published. Here too, no IP address, no user agent and no identifier are stored: the record is limited to a button name, a date and a count.
4. Messaging
Where the message reply feature is used, exchanges with people writing to the managed accounts are kept for the duration of the conversation in order to reply. Directly identifying data and special categories of data are not collected, and automatic purging applies.
Some exchanges may concern paid content. Where this is the case, any payment is processed by the platform concerned (for example Fanvue or Telegram) and never by AEL Studio, which has access to no payment-card data: only a transaction identifier and an amount are kept for accounting.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the tool is operated. Any person concerned may request deletion of their data by writing to contact@ael-studio.fr.
